I applied online. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and received an automated message from HR a few days later, with the HR person cc'd, to schedule an interview. Scheduled it right away and then had it updated 15 min. before the interview to push it back a week. All of my emails to the interviewer and HR inbox (everything from acknowledging the interview request to 'thank you' note after interview) went unanswered. Had a good initial call with HR and genuinely think I'm a great fit for this role. I was told I'd hear by the end of that week or early the following since they were just getting the process started. It's now been > 3 weeks and no response to my polite follow up. I get we're all busy but when you're applying and interviewing for what are dream jobs at dream companies (like this was for me) it would be nice to get a response to any of the 4 emails, and at the very least a curt, brief response to my follow up just telling me I'm not a fit, it's been closed, etc. This isn't an early career level - at Sr. Director or above, I don't think it's wrong to expect something besides ghosting. Very disappointed.

Interview
Comfortable, warm people who gave a tour of the office and make you feel welcomed before and while speaking. They made it easy to converse and every employee I came across seemed happy and kind
