This interview was the best I've ever been to! It started out quite interesting and finished amazingly. You ask the recruiter some questions and they ask some back. Then you ride along for a day and see how you do with the team. It's really hard not to enjoy your co-workers in this awesome startup environment! Integrity, hard work and solution skills are important to this company. Keep in mind it is a startup, so you have the ability to help evolve change. Completely open door, comfortable place to interview with warm nice people.
