Interview
An initial call with someone from the talent acquisition team, a second interview with the department lead covering projects and some tecnical questions, a third as a technical interview and then final CEO meeting
The interview process was a mix of good and bad side. Organization wasn't perfect. Some interviewers seem to have good training, others were just improvising on the spot. I had a what I can say strange interview with someone titled VP Engineering.

Interview
A very doubtful company. 4 rounds. Interviews with the HR manager, line manager, technical interviews were as usual, the guys did their job well. Until the last interview with the CEO, who, by and large, nullified the results of all the previous work of his colleagues. Passive-aggressive, not too respectful and overall pretty unpleasant manner of communication, a great sense of self-importance. Not actually communicating but rather only expecting "the right answers". Which largely explains and confirms some of the oddities I saw during the previous rounds.
The strangest thing is that during the entire interview I never got to look at people from the potential team I would have to work with. When I asked about it, the answer was - it does not matter. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews and high ratings.

Interview
Chased me for over a year for an interview on LinkedIn, set time aside to speak as company goals seemed interesting, 1 rushed 30 minute call, but felt it was positive, sent my feedback after and done everything a good candidate should. Was told on the call I would hear back within 2 days, 2 days went by and nothing, I politely chased to be met with silence, had to conclude myself that it was not going no where, some feedback or closure would be nice, terrible!!
