Interview
I applied online using the malco website. I received a call from the manager asking if I could come in for an interview. After setting a time to meet I went in and had an interview with the manager and assistant manager. A couple days after they called me and I accepted the job.
Very simple and comfortable. No pressure at all. They asked about why I wanted to work there and my other past jobs. They asked why I left and how my availability was. Then they told me the pay and other things about the job.
