I was contacted via LinkedIn and agreed to a call with the recruiter. During the second interview, I spoke to the hiring manager. All good up to that point. For the third interview, I was asked to prepare a case study, which I did. Now here's the thing: this was 3 weeks ago and I never received an official rejection. After 1 week, I even followed up myself. It took the recruiter 5 days to reply and when he did, he just said that he tried to call me, but I never received the call. I answered to schedule an appointment and he didn't reply. On top of everything, I then received an automatic email asking for my feedback about the recruitment process. I took a lot of time to prepare for the case study and interview and it was already the third round, so I am very disappointed that I never received any feedback. Can't recommend.
