4 step process conducted in a very efficient and friendly manner. Very accommodating for individual circumstances and schedules, completed within 2 weeks. Process: 1) Screening interview with HR manager - background/motivation questions. Fairly informal and more of a get to know, HR manager was super friendly and makes you feel at ease from the off. 2) Role play with other BDM's & interview - client role play with two BDM's along with short interview at the end. 3) In person meeting with UK directors - 1 hour interview with a focus on cultural fit alongside role motivations. 4) Q&A with head of region - opportunity to learn more about the strategy and vision of the company.

First interview with recruitment team was friendly, second with Head of UK was also friendly, 3rd interview was more of a skills test, felt like feedback on what I could have done differently would've been helpful at this stage but I didn't get it
