The first interview was uncomfortable - The HR sounds fairly junior who just reads off the list of questions, instead of customising the list to see which questions are applicable. If candidate said he/she does not have C&B background, it does not make sense to drill into the area. There were two other interviewers who joined but did not turn on their video, and in the second interview, I was told one of them was my reporting manager (whom I have not met before at all).
Second interview with the head of HR was okay.
The follow up from the junior HR was done terribly. She did not share that I was considered for another contract position, and she kept drilling into the 'contract' role which I thought it is for the same position interviewed. I was also being put on a long hold because she was unprepared on how to answer the question I have for her - is there any possibility of the contract role to be converted to perm and why the role is contract position.
Overall, one of the worse interviews which I have experienced. Messy and unprofessional HR.
