Easy. Laid back and friendly atmosphere where the employer listened and responded appropriately. Initially recieved a call , then a face to face interview discussing job description and expectations before an offer was made.

Interview with with the director of the Business Unit and then with the manager of the branch, easy and friendly talk. After 1 week had a first feedback and an offer too low to be accepted after 2 weeks received a descent offer and took the job
