Interview
There were fewer rounds but more delays between each round and they take more time to carefully proceed further.
I had an initial screening round with a Senior Software Engineer. After a week I heard back positive feedback and scheduled the final round with the Leadership team.
Leader asked me hypothetical questions ... thereby compensation discussion with HR followed by offer again over a week.

What is the difference b/w Grid system and Flexbox
Very good Technical rounds and good mentality over technologies, very open minded over the technologies, very approachable and open for queries regarding the interviews, it was very smooth and a quick way to get hired.
