Marc Realty interview questions

I got connected through a recruiting agency and went in person for the interview. It was an hour-long interview, conversational and situational, as well as valuing (most like me—not like me). I left the interview pretty confident; however, the next day, I was told they were considering someone internal? I felt like it was a waste of my time, the process seemed disorganized because when I asked during an interview about the timeline- they said they didn't know and were actively interviewing people and then would bring back people they wanted for a final round. They didn't indicate anything about the internal candidates- I wish the process was more organized.
