Marcus Hotels interview questions

The interview process went fairly quickly. I put in an application and two days later I received an email to schedule a phone screening with the HR Director. The screening was about 15mins and she let me know that the Director of Hotel Operations would reach out via email to schedule an in person interview. The Director of Hotel Operations reached out the following day to schedule an in person interview with her list of available times. I interviewed in person two days later at the Hotel which lasted about 45mins and the following day She reached out to inform me if I was being offered the position or not.

We meet virtually and talked for a long time. I t was a good experience. The recruiter was really trying to see if I would be a good fit for the company and make sure I could succeed and do well. Very fair and pleasant.
