Markato interview questions

It felt really all over the place. No structure in the interview and constant stopping while giving answers. You can tell that it is very early stage firm by looking at how the interviewer leads the conversation (as the interviewer also lacks skills). And ofc - ghosting like a real startup.

Many red flags: - Constant change to interview dates - Interviewers being late and no show - Interviewer “complained” to me about the company (won’t go too specific) - Non existent follow up post interview
