-CEO reached out about a month after my application was sent so I was caught off guard -Initial application was answering questions and sending those in along with resume, portfolio and cover letter -One brief intro interview with CEO, then that moved to a writing test which I found difficult because I had to write mock blogs that would be found on their site -Did 2 more one hour interviews with rapid-fire stereotypical interview questions, honestly the hardest job interview I've ever done because there was no space or time to breathe between answering questions such as "tell me a time when you had a conflict with a manager" -Took a cognitive test and behavioral test -They made you work for the position, so you felt like you earned the offer. -Based off of a few reviews of the company by former employees, this job seems very fast-paced, like you may be micro-managed, and the pay is at just over 50k which I am realizing now is nothing.
