Pleasant process, although communication was slow between the phases. Started with co-Creative Directors, then with Copywriter (was taken to a coffee shop down the street). Took place over two separate days - about an hour each.

The interview process was efficient and painless. We had 2 phone interviews followed by an in-person meeting. I was presented with thoughtful questioning and was very impressed with the direction the company was taking.

Interview
Casual discussion, going over my portfolio and getting a sense of who I was. There was also an opportunity to ask them questions. They were open to any concerns I had (pay, work/life balance, etc.)
Then a second interview with a partner and copywriter. It was organized and pleasant. It didn't feel like my time was being wasted.
