This interview process was poor to say the least. There was no interest in accomplishments, assets that could be brought to the table, or interest in myself as a person on a personal level. They will explain to you the pay range, just to go back on their word when they present an offer. Low balling their prospective employees is something they take pride in.

Are you willing to go into an office with a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 remote?
Fairly standard interview process. Phone interview then face-to-face with three people. Felt comfortable relatively quickly and got back to me a few days after with an offer and a start date.

The interview was pretty relaxed. I met with two employees. The first one was sweet and just asked general questions about myself, and the second one didn't ask me much. He was more focused on having me ask him questions.
