After submitting my resume, I got a response quickly and was interviewed in person. The entire process took about a week. The interview itself was not difficult, just a standard interview. "Why do you want to work here?", "how did you hear about us?", "education, background in architecture, experience?", "why Marx/ Okubo?", "where would you like to see yourself in 5 years and how can we help you get there?".
