A little bit much for what is essentially around 3 weeks of casual work over the summer. They almost make you feel as if you should be honoured to be working there.

Questions about your expereince and why you want to work at Lords, obviosly people work because they need an income stream but you have to massage the interviewers ego about how amazing you think working at this place would be.
