Mason Bruce & Girard interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. There were 2 interviews after which a decision was made. During the interviews there will be 2 people that meet with you and during the last interview there will be 3 people in the room.

Phone call with HR manager to see if you're excited about the position. Then an in-person interview with HR manager to go over how you solve problems and manage time. Lastly, a team interview with HR manager, Chief Operating Officer, and other administrative staff. For many, the second step is omitted.
