Interview
I was emailed by the franchisee and had an interview with her. The interview wasn't really so much a formal interview. It was really more a conversation. Lasted about 40 maybe 50 mins and then she gave me a tour. She said that she's still interviewing throughout the week and that she'd be in touch.

Question 1
How would you handle a challenge/issue with a customer?
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.
Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
