Interview
I had a great interview with the manager at Massage Envy. She wanted the best for me no matter my decision to take the job or not. Also she accompanied our conversation with ways I could move up if I do well and asked me about my life outside of work.
They have a total of two interviews. First one is just informational and they ask basic customer service questions. Second you have to memorize pricing and some sort of script they give you.

One thing they asked me was how I would handle a troublesome customer,
It was great, the woman that interviewed me was sweet and professional. The interview was very thorough and lots of questions about experience. Come prepared and research the position ahead of time.
