Manager that interviewed me was nice, but the whole interview was so unnecessarily long. I was there for 3 hours I’m not kidding. One hour of that time was performing a full facial to display my hands on skills to the manager, but the rest of the interview did not need to be 2 more hours. Made me wonder if the manager does anything around there if she’s taking 3 hours to interview a potential candidate.

They asked if I felt comfortable selling retail products.
Professional and decent, they have a part 1 and part 2 process where you do a regular interview of your past experience, what you desire for pay, what you like about being and esthetician, etc. part 2 requires you to perform a practical, which is your “audition” in this process where you perform a facial.

What is your favorite thing about performing facials?
Simple process. After submitting an application online, I received an email requesting an interview. The in-person interview was conducted by two people and was pretty straightforward. We discussed the product lines used and hours. A tour followed. At the end of the interview, a time was set up for me to return to perform a facial on the owner supervised by the lead esthetician.
