There were 3 different rounds of interviews. First was the phone interview with HR and had standard questions regarding job position and resume. Second round was an in-person meeting with the general manager. This interview involved numerous questions on technologies I have experience in, my job history, and ways I can improve the company. The 3rd and final round was a group meeting involving all of upper management. This was a more conversational interview asking for ways I can integrate technologies to continuously improve the company and the round I enjoyed the most particularly.
