Recruiting company referred me to this company. I had a Teams interview then an on-site interview. I was blown away by the condition of the facility. It's very dark, dirty and severely outdated. Everyone in a management position I met with was fairly new so management recently turned over. What I feel bad about is that 5 minutes into the plant tour, which is the start of the interview, is that I didn't excuse myself from the interview. Essentially, everyone wasted their time including myself. This position needs 5 new hires, not one. I wish you luck on finding someone and I wish a lot of luck on the next hire.
