Interview
The Interview was easy, but they are unprofessional. They don’t send you any feedback on their decision. When I sent them asking about any feedback, they didn’t answer my email, even the phone call!
You are right, unfortunately when our office work load was out of hand we did not properly follow through with candidate responses. We have taken your experience into account and are making a point to reach out to every candidate once we have made our decision, so that we are not leaving anyone in the dark.
