Took 3 months from the first contact to when I eventually got an offer. P and C staff were very kind throughout the whole process though there was a lot of ambiguity.

Interview
It takes about 4-6 months to get hired. There is an initial phone interview followed by a series of short interviews by direct reports and a panel interview. Then usually you have one month to give notice and start the job
