Referred by a friend. The process was smooth (one slight postponement). I interviewed with the Faculty Lead for Software Engineering—friendly, conversational, and focused on my prior experience; no trick questions. We discussed how I support blocked students, balance hints vs. solutions, and explain Python fundamentals clearly.
Afterwards I received a take-home: record a short video handling a scenario where a student is struggling—keep them motivated and teach a bit of Python while guiding to a solution. I recorded and lightly edited the video within two days, sent it via email, and heard back about a week later with an offer.
