I was interviewed a few months after I had submitted my application online. The first interview involved testing my MATLAB knowledge, and the interviewer was very understanding and respectful, providing hints along the way. I was then called for a second interview with the team manager, who also quizzed me on my MATLAB abilities. This was followed by an HR interview a few days later, where they went through my background.
