Recruiter gave a call within a week, asked fairly basic HR questions as in describe projects, conflicts in team, how do you manage several projects at the same time. I ended up explaining my Master's project, which was fairly technical, the recruiter cut me off and said he is just a recruiter :P and can't understand anything I was saying, this was after 10-12 mins of continuous blabbering by me :D, he said the engineering team would be able to understand it.
