I was asked to submit a video interview online. It had five pre-recorded questions. I was given 10 seconds to think of a response and 1 minute to record my response. The questions were: 1) Tell me about yourself 2) What previous experience do you have related to this position 3) Give an example of a time when you handled multiple responsibilities 4) Do you require visa sponsorship 5) Are you eligible to work in the US I was contacted after two weeks asking me to schedule a technical interview.
