Interview
I submitted my resume through mathworks website. A few days latter, I got a phone call from HR, all questions were behavioral, and they told me about the company, the position, the freedom to choose the project to work on .. etc. This one was REALLY easy, then scheduled a technical phone interview for the next week. The technical interview was going very fast, lots of questions that the interviewer wanted to ask in a short amount of time (about 40 minutes), questions in linear algebra (vectors, matrices), lots of questions in programming concepts, few Matlab, basic signal processing questions.
What's the difference between Continuous-time and Discrete-time systems?What is the region of stability of a discrete-time system?
What's the Power spectral Density? How to compute it?
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.

Question 1
Asked me to write a prototype for a simple algorithm in any programming language
1) HR interview : discussion about candidate profile (studies, former experiences, hobbies and expectations) and presentation of the company. 2) Technical interview: questions about MATLAB and control design automation. Choose among 3 topic : Maths/Deployment/Control Automation 3) manager interview
