Mathworks deeply cares about the quality of their employees. The interview process that I had was thorough, focused, and straightforward. I had 2 technical-focused rounds, and a presentation that I prepared. The remainder of the day was focused on culture fit and setting expectations for the job. There are many benefits the company offered and it seems that Mathworks has made intentional effort to recover their work culture after the pandemic.
