I withdrew from the interview process after the initial stages became unnecessarily burdensome and raised some red flags. The process included redundant screening steps (like a written questionnaire covering standard interview questions), inconsistent communication from the recruiter, and an assignment that asked for proprietary collateral from my previous role (i.e. a deck presentation to the board), at which point I chose to step away .

Interview
Phone Screening – phone call in advance of the first interview.
Interview 1 – interview with two people, and had to do a couple thought experiments.
Interview 2 – Interview with four people, had to do a performance task in advance which was discussed for part of the interview. Pretty good experience, people were respectful and welcomed me to ask many questions.
Offer Call – Zoom call with offer details
There was about a week between each phase of the interview process and communication was very prompt. A week after my final interview they asked for references and about a week after that I received an offer.
