Good atmosphere, everyone is friendly. Casual discussion about past work experience. Relate past work experience to on the job work experience. Linux administration and storage questions. Work experience based on customer service.
The hiring process lasted for 3 months catering to 4 face to face interviews. Each interview tried to explore a different aspect of the candidate say Technical, Functional ,People management skill and HR round.
