Interview
One of the worst interviews I've ever had, one interviewer came across extremely aggressive and mean. Gave a very poor impression of the company culture - seems backwards to be hostile if you're looking for people to work at your agency. It wasn't the questions they asked but more how they were asking them - definitely seemed like they wanted you to fail. I get some people think intimidation is useful in interviews, however that shows a lot about how they likely treat their employees.
