Our interview process is always different with all of our interviewees and distinctive-based on the individuals participating in the interview process. We would like to remind you that all of our interviewees are informed immediately at the beginning of the application process that they will be asked to join a Zoom meeting. With this opportunity in the Zoom setting, more information is provided before moving forward in the interview process. For many reasons, this is a method that we find to be most suitable to then determine who is a qualified candidate.
Furthermore, we apologize for any confusion of explaining our business model. Much like Starbucks or other businesses that use similar growth models, we provide a thorough explanation for you, helping you to see what can be achieved if you work hard and move up. We simply gave an overview of what to expect. Much like other leading industry companies, we have positions that offer salary or incentive-based pay.
