only on the phone so far. still awaiting the interview in person. hoping that they will be a solid company to work for right now for the time being at least until covid disappears
There were two interviews. The management team is friendly, but the job description and compensation is vague. They stress that they have they operate differently than their competitors and will expect you to be open minded about learning their process.
The interview process was easy and smooth I am a rehire from a year ago. Which made it very easy I was an alignment tech before and was rehired as a service manager

Easy just ask of I had a drivers license and social.
They also asked about mechanic experience and random easy question about tires and brakes.after the interview I got the job before I could leave the store
