Interviewed here a while back for an optical engineering position as they were trying to break into that market. I'm sure it went poorly. The CTO was the rudest person I've ever met. Spent the entire interview at a white board deriving Maxwell's equations like it was the first year of graduate school. Nothing relevant to the job, purely an ego trip and trying to establish that he was the smartest guy in the room. I pretty much lost interest after that. The rest of the interviews were a joke, no one knew anything about optical systems or seemed interested to learn. Huge waste of time, no compensation for the travel expenses I incurred to get to their office, but I guess that's what happens when you're cheap and trying to run a business. I can't imagine working at a place like that. I genuinely feel bad for anyone who's stuck there.
