Interview
Interview was very simple and easy going. You will speak with the Director of Sales and if you pass that stage and the VP Sales is in the office and available, you will speak with him right then and there. Your 1st and 2nd interview are done in one day. It only took another week or less to hear back.

Question 1
I really wasn't asked a real technical question, but they have come out with much more technical product in the last 5 years. Expect to answer questions on your knowledge of LED technology. You may be asked about "who you know" in the industry. Be specific. It's a good thing.
