Maximus interview questions

The position was posted by an agency. The first step includes a phone interview with them and then an interview with the employer. Based on how the interview goes, the agency will contact you to let you know if the employer will continue with the hiring process.

The company seems nice and with good benefits. The process was good until the third round of interviews. I received good feedback on the first two interviews, which was a good sign to continue, even with the other review here on Glassdoor, in which the guy had a terrible experience with them. In the third interview, which was a pair programming challenge, I had a good moment with the engineer, discussing the solution. In the end, I was expecting good news, after all, I delivered what was expected. But then, I just received a random email saying that they decided not to move forward with the next steps, which seems weird to me. No feedback, no explanations about the decision, and no transparency on the process. Not sure if it was more like a personal decision from the second engineer (I hope not), but anyway, sad that due to the lack of transparency from them resulted in this. I would apply again for them in the future where they would have a better hiring process.
