Will call for interview many times with out any result. Call me for onsite interview 3 times with in a week by different departments without any result.No coordination between HR Departments

Not pleasant. I was hassled, belittled and told I wasn't worth what I was asking. I had applied previously and then was called back months later. "Oh yes, I remember your profile"....... interesting.

There was an initial phone interview, when asked about renumeration;
Online Application got selected. Called me for a face to face interview with the HR and GM and sent me an offer within 2 weeks. The questions asked in the interview were more generic and behavioural questions. They also gave me some real-life situation and asked me about my experiences.
