Maxwell PR interview questions

I was excited to secure an interview with Maxwell. I went through three rounds of interviews, each 45 minutes long. After the third round, I was told they would be making a decision the following week. After the third interview going so well, I though I had to be a top candidate. Wrong. I followed up numerous times about a decision and never heard back (it's been four weeks since my last interview). Felt like a waste of my time and a waste of their employees time. Extremely unprofessional to tell a candidate they would be letting them know but completely ghost them. Seems like I may have dodge a bullet.
