Maxx Fitness Clubzz interview questions

I must say it looks to be a great place to work. Everyone is fit and not one person was sitting around doing nothing during their shift. The man that interviewed me had a great personality. The more we talked the more positive I felt about being a part of this gym.. Awaiting the second interview...I am siked.

Applied online, called 20 minutes later by director of operations. (Advice: Ask for email address while on this call). Asked why I wanted to work there and availability. Instructed to wait for call from regional manager. Regional did not call within specified time frame. Emailed operations and got the call from regional manager 15 minutes later. Interviewed 3 times in 3 different locations with 7 different managers for 4 different positions over the course of 2 weeks. No complicated interview questions. Every manager explained the job requirements, schedule, expectations, and salary. Only things they asked were how I heard about the company, why I thought I was right for the position, and how the job related to my career goals.
