Chill interview. Arrived. I was the only one. Waited for around 15mins. Got interviewed by a guy that was not as mentioned by the email. He asked me about myself, talked about whats on my CV and we did a pretend sales situation, see how i would cope. Talked a lot about previous sales experience.

My interview experience could be described as fast and simple. Lasted less than 30 minutes. Was interviewed by an HR officer and telesales head. The interview questions consisted around 5-6 questions. I had to do a telesales roleplay with the telesales head to see my persuasiveness. I was told it was common to have work on Saturday. KPI was stressed a few times, which tells me that they really view KPI strongly.
