Fairly informal interview process with owner (James Mayer). Questions consist primarily of abilities directly related to the position applied for. Easy going interview and to the point. Candidates will be asked technical questions to prove that what is on their resume is an accurate representation of actual skills. For me, this was a bonus as I knew that my fellow employees would be competent technicians.
