Was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The person said she forgot that I was in a different time zone. Went through the phone interview and was told I would have a Zoom call with the division mgr after he returned from vacation. The Friday before he was to return on Monday I got an email saying it was now too close to Mother's Day and the process was being delayed. A day that has been on the books for decades at a minimum. This company is clearly unorganized and lacks in leadership.
