Considering this is Mayo Clinic, I found the interview process a bit old-fashioned. The phone interview was just that--via phone (not all that uncommon, but I am seeing more companies start with a web conference), and the virtual in-person interview was strange in that the person leading the interview didn't seem to know what was going on and the committee members were not all engaged. I know that among such a large company, there are bound to be "off" interviews, but this was just weird.
