Typical of any large company. For my position, as a trainer, I was required to create a Power Point, on myself, and present it to a group of current employees. Presentation requirement fit in with job requirements and was not an issue.

Interview
I was greeted nicely by several people before waiting in the hiring manager's office for about 40 minutes. The interview didn't take long because they said they had just filled the position. I left the room and they said they will keep my resume on file in case something else comes up.
