I had an initial skype interview as I was from out of town and then they flew me into Austin.
The interview itself was 5 hours in the lobby where 1-3 people rotated to come and speak with me. It was disorganized and many of the employees asked me the same questions regarding background, my impression of the agency, why I wanted to move to Austin etc. I ended up not getting an offer. I found out later that I was actually being interviewed as a Media Planner and not as an assistant even though I confirmed with the HR rep prior to the interview. That information would have helped how I framed my responses to their questions. Overall, questions were relatively easy and focused on my background and what I thought avout teamwork as culture is big here. I did not enjoy having to do the entire interview in the lobby, however, for that length of time.
