McHenry County College interview questions

I did a preliminary interview with someone in HR. She asked a few questions, and then told me that the hiring committee would be in contact with me in two weeks regarding a Zoom interview. I was ghosted, which is very disrespectful. If you're not interested in interviewing someone, then do not lie to him or her by telling him or her that you will conduct an interview and then not conduct the interview. Stop wasting people's time.

The interview process is conducted by a committee. So be prepared to meet with a small committee with structured questions. Then a potential presentation to the department or division you would be working with. A zoom first interview happened first, followed by the committee interview on campus.
