Interview
Interview process was very disorganized. The position they were hiring for was an entry level position however the two individuals conducting the interview were very disengaged. One of the individuals that was conducting the interview was more interested in reading emails on his laptop then interacting in the conversation. The company was represented as very disorganized. The two employees that conducted the interview did not even seem to be happy to be working with McKinley.

Question 1
McKinley conducted the first round of interviews with one to two other job seekers. This made for a confusing, unexpected and very awkward interview process. They did not even ask questions they just handed the two or three job seekers a list of questions and said "Please answer the questions".
